Introduction: Barack Obama and his federal bureaucracy of “change” is determined to impose its agenda, using any means necessary. Obama has already proven he has no interest in representative government – that’s why he has created non-confirmed “Czars” to control every agency of the Federal government, with no input from Congress. The Czars are simply agency dictators that are supposed to impose Obama’s agenda, regardless of law.
